Who We Are
Short History
Christian Worship Center is a non-denominational, spirit-filled church which started in April 2005 in Downers Grove with the vision to reach nations within Chicagoland. By the grace of God, membership has grown from a few people in April 2005 to what we are witnessing today. To make room for our growing church family, we added a second service in 2019 and a third in 2023. In 2022 we realized we had outgrown our church facilities and began looking for a new church home to accommodate our growing family. In 2023 God blessed us with the opportunity to purchase the former Lombard Roller Rink building to repurpose it as our new church home. We have people from over 30 different countries worshiping together as one church family.
We are a SPIRIT-FILLED Church
We affirm the continuous work of the Holy Spirit and the continued ministry of His gifts in the church today. We value God’s presence above all. Therefore, in our services, we are conscious of, and make room for, the Holy Spirit and His power to work among us.

We believe the church is a family. We cultivate a culture where people can belong and connect. You’re always Welcome home in God’s life-transforming presence among his family.
We are a church for ALL NATIONS
