Child Dedication
Child dedication is a meaningful moment for families and our church community. It is a public commitment by parents to raise their child according to Scripture and to seek God’s wisdom, guidance, and blessing over their life. It is also a time when the church commits to pray for and support the family as the child grows in faith.
Below are some answers to frequently asked questions about child dedication.

During the service, parents come forward with their child and pray with church leadership. The church also prays over the family for blessing, wisdom, and guidance. At the end of the service, families are often given a certificate as a keepsake to mark this meaningful moment.
