Youth

CWC Youth provides middle and high school students with a place to encounter Jesus, receive relevant Biblical teaching, build friendships with like-minded peers, and grow in their faith. We are passionate about mentoring students to become strong leaders who impact their homes, schools, and communities while shining God’s light wherever they go. We want to equip students not just for where they are now, but for the future God has for them.

The 416 Vision is about building a culture where every student has a place to belong, serve, and grow. We aim to create a “mini CWC” within youth, giving students real opportunities to serve in the same kinds of ministries as the larger church, preparing them to step into leadership in the future!

“…we will grow to become in every respect the mature body of him who is the head, that is, Christ. From him the whole body, joined and held together by every supporting ligament, grows and builds itself up in love, as each part does its work.”

Ephesians 4:15–16

That means students don’t just attend — they participate, help shape the environment, and become part of the change they want to see. This is about developing a serving mindset now so students grow into leaders who actively build up the church and reflect Christ in everything they do.
